Collaborative project
with WinSome Design, Inc.

WinSome Design was hired by Coldwell Banker to promote a local golf course housing development in north Richland—Horn Rapids. WinSome's plan was to create a Flash/html hybrid site that would be elegant enough to show off the upscale community and be extremely user-friendly to people in the market to purchase a new home.

I worked with WinSome staff to create a layout design for the site and build the opening sequence of 6 content-rich Flash pages that use text includes for easy updates to the site. In addition to work done by me, the WinSome team created a flexible, customized, searchable database to show off new properties, neighborhoods, and partner builders.
